When looking at an event:

  • The time reflected on the calendar is when the event is to begin. Report time and uniform for students will
    be found in the notes section of the event.
  • The notes section also will contain special instructions/locations/ect.
  • There are school district dates listed in this calendar as well.

How to use google calendar:

  • Click on any event and view information such as attendance time, attendance requirements, and what time the event should conclude.
  • Add this calendar to your calendar just by clicking the +GoogleCalendar button in the bottom right corner.
  • If you just want to have a printout of everything SV band, click the print function and follow directions from
    there.

 
*All times are set, any changes to these times will be communicated via email AND posted on the google calendar.
